RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • All purchases are FINAL SALE and CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED as they are custom products. 
  • In case of damage during the shipping process, please send us pictures of the damaged product.
  • In case of any damage, the customers must contact My Window Blinds within 7 days of receiving their product.
  • A remake will only be issued in the event of an error by My Window Blinds or damage during shipping.
  • A return shipping label will be issued for sending back the product once a REMAKE is APPROVED.
  • My Window Blinds cannot guarantee fitment as customers are responsible for the measurements provided.
  • Standard Industry gaps around shades exist, please use the online guide for information on gaps.
